فجلست ماما بجانبه وقالت: «لنعدّ السيارات الحمراء ونحن ننتظر.» واحدة حمراء. اثنتان!
Mama sat beside him. "Let's count red cars while we wait." One red car. Two red cars!
ثلاث، أربع، خمس... ثمّ توقّفت أضواءٌ عند البوّابة. بيب! إنّه بابا!
Three, four, five... Then headlights stopped by the gate. Beep! It was Baba!
قال بابا: «انتظرت بلطفٍ كبير»، وحمله إلى السرير مع حضنٍ كبير. ليلة سعيدة. النهاية.
"You waited so nicely," said Baba, and carried Majd to bed for a big goodnight hug. The end.
