Terms of Use

1. Who can use Tisbah
Accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18+. Children may listen to and read stories with an adult's permission but may not create accounts.
2. The service
Tisbah creates personalised bedtime stories from a library of complete stories written in advance. The stories were drafted with the help of AI writing tools, then checked with automated tests for length, repetition, Arabic boy and girl forms and unsuitable words. Nothing is generated live when you use the service: we pick a finished story and add your child's name. Narration uses a computer-generated voice. Any live AI-assisted story features, if ever switched on, will be clearly labelled and safety-filtered, but no filter is perfect, so please preview stories and tell us about anything inappropriate.
3. Free plan, paid plans and refunds
Tisbah has a free plan with a weekly story limit. Features and limits may change, and we will tell you before a change that affects a paid plan. When paid plans are available, prices are shown clearly before you pay, and payments are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, whose buyer terms also apply to the purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full.
4. Acceptable use
Do not enter other people's personal data, surnames, offensive names or content, and do not try to misuse or overload the service.
5. Content
Stories and pictures are for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may print keepsakes for your family.
6. Not professional advice
Stories about feelings, siblings or nursery are gentle encouragement, not medical, psychological or educational advice.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Ajman.
