Tisbah makes bedtime stories starring your child: their name, their age, the things they love (cars, dinosaurs, the sea…) and the lesson you pick, in Arabic, English or both side by side, with a picture on every page.

من سنتين إلى ٨ سنوات. قصص الصغار (سنتان وثلاث) قصيرةٌ جداً بسطورٍ قليلة، وتكبر القصص وتغنى بهدوءٍ مع العمر، وتنتهي دائماً بنهايةٍ هادئةٍ في السرير.

Ages 2 to 8. Stories for toddlers (2 and 3) are very short, with just a few lines a page, and they grow gently richer with age. Every story ends calmly in bed.

Yes. You pick boy or girl and the story is written with the correct Arabic forms for that child, and the child's name carries vowel marks so the narration reads it correctly.

كلّ حكايةٍ مكتوبةٌ كاملةً مسبقاً ومراجَعةٌ من أوّل سطرٍ إلى آخره، ولا يُؤلَّف شيءٌ لحظةَ الضغط على الزرّ: نختار حكايةً جاهزة ونضع فيها اسم طفلكم. أكثر من ٥٠٠ حكاية في كلّ لغة. ونفحص كلّ قصةٍ وكلّ اسمٍ بحثاً عن الكلمات المخيفة أو غير المناسبة. لا إعلانات أبداً.

Every story is written out in full ahead of time and checked from first line to last. Nothing is made up on the spot when you press the button: we pick a finished story and put your child's name in it. More than 500 stories in each language. Every story and name is checked for scary or unsuitable words. There are no ads, ever.

أقلّ قدرٍ ممكن: بريد وليّ الأمر، واسم الطفل الأول وعمره وولد أو بنت وتفضيلات الصورة إن اخترتم حفظها. لا نطلب صوراً ولا تسجيلات صوتية ولا موقعاً، ولا تُحفظ القصص على خوادمنا إلا إذا شاركتم قصةً برابط. ويمكن حذف الحساب في أيّ وقت.

As little as possible: the parent's email, and the child's first name, age, boy or girl and picture preferences if you choose to save them. We never ask for photos, voice recordings or location, and stories are not stored on our servers unless you share one by link. You can delete the account any time.

نعم. زرّ «استمع» يقرأ القصة بصوتٍ هادئ بالعربية أو الإنجليزية، ومعه مؤقّت نوم.

Yes. The Listen button reads the story aloud in a calm voice, in Arabic or English, and there is a sleep timer.

يمكن إضافة «تصبح» إلى الشاشة الرئيسية في الهاتف ليفتح مثل التطبيق بلمسةٍ واحدة، من دون متجر تطبيقات، والقصص المحفوظة تعمل بلا إنترنت. في أندرويد افتحوا الموقع في Chrome واختاروا «إضافة إلى الشاشة الرئيسية»، وفي آيفون افتحوه في Safari ثم «مشاركة» ثم «إضافة إلى الشاشة الرئيسية».

You can add Tisbah to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app in one tap, with no app store, and saved stories work offline. On Android open the site in Chrome and choose Add to Home screen; on iPhone open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
