الجميع إلى الحضانة

قبل النوم، جهّزت لينا مع بابا حقيبة الحضانة، ووُضع فيها قطارٌ صغيرٌ في الأعلى.

Before bed, Baba and Lina packed the nursery bag. In went a tiny toy train, right at the top.

قال بابا: «سيؤنسك القطار، وهو يعرف طريق العودة إلى البيت.»

"The train will keep you company," said Baba. "And it knows the way back home."

وتدرّبا على الوداع. قال بابا: «الجميع إلى القطار!» فقالت لينا: «توت!» ولوّحت.

They practised the goodbye. "All aboard!" said Baba. "Toot!" said Lina, and waved.

ثمّ دثّرها بابا وقال: «غداً نقول توت ونلوّح من جديد.» ليلة سعيدة! النهاية.

Then Baba tucked her in. "Tomorrow we'll toot and wave again," he said. Goodnight! The end.

اجعلوا الوداع قصيراً ودافئاً، بالطريقة نفسها كلّ يوم.
أخبروا طفلكم متى ستعودون بالضبط: «بعد الغداء ووقت القصة».
شيءٌ صغيرٌ من البيت، مثل صورة أو سيّارة صغيرة في الحقيبة، يساعد في الصباحات الصعبة.

Keep goodbyes short and warm, with the same goodbye ritual every day.
Tell your child exactly when you will come back: "after lunch and story time".
A small reminder from home, like a photo or a toy car in the bag, can help on hard mornings.
