لينا وديناصور الترتيب الجائع

المكعّبات على الأرض في كلّ مكان! قال بابا: «حان وقت الترتيب.» فرفعت لينا لعبتها، الديناصور تشومب.

Blocks all over the floor! "Time to tidy up," said Baba. Lina picked up her toy dinosaur, Chomp.

قالت لينا: «تشومب جائع، وهو يأكل المكعّبات!» وفتح تشومب فمه الكبير: هام! ودخل مكعّبٌ أحمر.

"He is hungry," said Lina. "Chomp eats blocks!" Chomp opened his big mouth. Gobble! A red block went in.

وحمل تشومب كلّ مكعّبٍ إلى الصندوق: بلوب! الأصفر، والأزرق، والأخضر... انتهت كلّها! وضحكت لينا: «شبع تشومب!»

Chomp carried each block to the box. Plop! Yellow, blue, green... all gone! "Chomp is full," giggled Lina.

ثمّ وضعها بابا مع تشومب في السرير وقال: «ما أجمل الغرفة المرتّبة!» تصبحين على خير. النهاية.

Baba tucked Lina and Chomp into bed. "What a tidy room," he said. Goodnight, Lina. The end.

Talk about it together: Which toys will we put back first tomorrow?

Make tidying a game: a song, a race against the timer, or "find everything red".
Give every toy a home: boxes or shelves with a picture on the front.
Tidy together at the same time each evening, so it becomes part of bedtime.
