The living room looked as if a space mission had gone badly wrong. Lina and her cousin Sami had spent the evening building a moon base out of every cushion, blanket and cardboard box in the house, and now that Sami had gone home, it was all still there. Mama had said it could stay up until bedtime, and bedtime was in fifteen minutes. Lina stood looking at it, wishing it could stay forever, and feeling the familiar sinking feeling of a big tidy-up. "It took two hours to build," she said. "It'll take two hours to take down."
