نجومٌ لسقفين

كان عند لينا كيسٌ من النجوم المضيئة، ولم يكن عند سامي شيء، وسقفه فارغ.

Lina had a packet of glow stars. Cousin Sami had none. His ceiling was plain.

قالت لينا: «لنتشارك.» وأعطته نصف النجوم: واحدةٌ لك، وواحدةٌ لي.

"Let's share," said Lina. She gave Sami half the stars, one for you, one for me.

فألصقها بابا عالياً، ثمّ أطفأ النور، فأضاء السقفان باللون الأخضر!

Baba stuck them up high. Then he switched off the light. Both ceilings glowed green!

همست لينا وبابا يدثّرها: «تصبحن على خير يا نجوم.» المشاركة صنعت سماءين. النهاية.

"Goodnight, stars," whispered Lina, tucked in by Baba. Sharing made twice the sky. The end.

سؤالٌ نتحدّث عنه بعد القصة: ما اللعبة التي يمكن أن نتشاركها غداً؟

Talk about it together: What is one toy we could share tomorrow?

تبادل الأدوار أسهل من التخلّي عن اللعبة. استخدموا مؤقّتاً أو عُدّوا معاً حتى عشرين.
لا بأس أن يُبعد طفلكم لعبةً أو لعبتين مميّزتين قبل وصول الضيوف.
امدحوا لحظة المشاركة نفسها: «انتظرتَ ثمّ أعطيته دوراً».

Taking turns is easier than giving away. Use a timer or count to twenty together.
It is fine to keep one or two special toys aside before friends come over.
Praise the moment of sharing, not only the result: "You waited and then gave him a turn."
