روّاد الفضاء يعودون دائماً

قالت لينا: «لا أريدك أن تذهب غداً.» فضمّها بابا وقت النوم.

"I don't want you to go tomorrow," said Lina. Baba hugged her close at bedtime.

قال بابا: «روّاد الفضاء يذهبون بعيداً إلى الفضاء، لكنّهم يعودون دائماً إلى عائلاتهم.»

"Astronauts go far away, to space," said Baba. "But they always come home to their families."

«غداً تذهبين إلى الحضانة، وأذهب إلى العمل، ثمّ نعود كلانا إلى البيت.»

"Tomorrow you go to nursery, and I go to work. Then we both come home."

قالت لينا مبتسمةً: «مثل روّاد الفضاء.» فدثّرها بابا. ووووم، عودةٌ إلى البيت! النهاية.

"Like astronauts," said Lina, smiling. Baba tucked her in. Zoom, back home! The end.

اجعلوا الوداع قصيراً ودافئاً، بالطريقة نفسها كلّ يوم.
أخبروا طفلكم متى ستعودون بالضبط: «بعد الغداء ووقت القصة».
شيءٌ صغيرٌ من البيت، مثل صورة أو سيّارة صغيرة في الحقيبة، يساعد في الصباحات الصعبة.

Keep goodbyes short and warm, with the same goodbye ritual every day.
Tell your child exactly when you will come back: "after lunch and story time".
A small reminder from home, like a photo or a toy car in the bag, can help on hard mornings.
