لينا والديناصور الكبير

بعد العشاء، جاء سامي ابن خالتها ليلعب. وكان عند لينا ديناصورٌ كبيرٌ بذيلٍ يتحرّك.

After dinner, cousin Sami came to play. Lina had a big toy T-rex with a wiggly tail.

قال سامي: «دوري أنا!» فقالت لينا: «لا، دوري!» وأمسك الاثنان الديناصور بقوّة. يا للمشكلة!

"My turn!" said Sami. "No, mine!" said Lina. They both held the T-rex tight. Oh dear!

ثمّ خطرت للينا فكرة: «أمسكْ أنت الرأس، وأنا أمسك الذيل. هيّا نجعله يرقص!» وضحك الاثنان معاً.

Then Lina had an idea. "You hold the head. I'll hold the tail. Let's make him dance!" They giggled together.

وبعد قليل، لوّح سامي مودّعاً، ووضعتها ماما في السرير. فقالت لينا وهي تتثاءب: «المشاركة ممتعة.» تصبحين على خير. النهاية.

Later, Sami waved goodbye, and Mama tucked Lina into bed. "Sharing is fun," she yawned. Goodnight, Lina. The end.

Talk about it together: What is one toy we could share tomorrow?

تبادل الأدوار أسهل من التخلّي عن اللعبة. استخدموا مؤقّتاً أو عُدّوا معاً حتى عشرين.
لا بأس أن يُبعد طفلكم لعبةً أو لعبتين مميّزتين قبل وصول الضيوف.
امدحوا لحظة المشاركة نفسها: «انتظرتَ ثمّ أعطيته دوراً».

Taking turns is easier than giving away. Use a timer or count to twenty together.
It is fine to keep one or two special toys aside before friends come over.
Praise the moment of sharing, not only the result: "You waited and then gave him a turn."
